1. How do I order a training product?
Go to the C4RR store page and select the product or products from the shopping cart. View your items in your shopping cart and checkout on the secure Intuit Web Payment page. Shipping costs will be added to your total cost at checkout. You can pay by credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
2. How do I order a software tool?
Go to the Software store page and select the add to shopping cart button next to the image of your software product. You will be taken to Digital River's RegNow secure order page. Fill in the information and pay by credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other options. RegNow will give you a link to download your product and any activation numbers or passwords needed. 3. I have sales and product questions. Who should I contact?

4. Who provides technical support for products?
Center for Regulatory Research, LLC will answer technical questions about training products and software tools. More difficult technical questions about software tools will be referred to technical support of vendor software at http://www.copernic.com and http://www.cyberlink.com.
5. How do I return a product and/or receive a refund?
